The Office of Capital Planning is responsible for preparing and managing the City’s 5-year Capital Improvement Plan and annual Capital Budget.

Capital Planning ensures that major infrastructure projects are properly prioritized and coordinated relative to available resources.

As part of these efforts, the Office of Capital Planning oversees and coordinates activity and investments related to:

• Transportation Systems
• Neighborhood Revitalization
• Downtown Parking
