Position Title: Family Services Supervisor
Department: Human Services
Division: Head Start
Salary Range: $22,310 to $27,720 Annually. Salary depends number of days worked and education level.
License: CDL with P&S endorsement at hire or within 90 days of hire.
Screening: A rating of training and experience will be applied to all applications. #07-0009 JS

Examples of Duties: Supervises the Family Services Advocates staff and monitors their work with parents and children; plans strategies to recruit children and families at the center level; regularly drives a 20 passenger busette at centers as needed to provide transportation for children and parents. Meets with staff to monitor documentation preparation, planning, implementation and provide training.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus Social Services Competency Based Training/Credential (SSCBT) or a Bachelor’s degree in social work (preferred) supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience working with low income families. Must have or be able to obtain within ninety (90) days of hire a Commercial Driver’s License with a P&S endorsement.
