The City of Chattanooga has embarked on an endeavor to replace all existing financial software applications with one enterprise resource planning application known as Oracle e-Business Suite.

The goal of the project is to lay the cornerstone for future understanding of City government business in a clear, easy to understand format. It will provide tools for City employees to provide better, more efficient government services for the citizens of Chattanooga.

The departments of Personnel, Finance, and Public Works have partnered with the Information Services Division to accomplish this goal. The project team is working under the direction of these executive sponsors:
