The Finance Division consist of Finance Operations and the office of Management & Budget Analysis. Finance Operations performs the City's financial functions involving payrolls, accounts payable, accounting and official financial reporting. The office of Management & Budget Analysis performs the City's budget functions involving preparation, monitoring and reporting of operating and capital budgets.
