Court fines may be made with a credit card by printing our Credit Card Payment form and mailing or faxing it to the Court Clerk's Office, at (423) 757-4999.

Please note that a nonrefundable, 3.5% processing fee (minimum $1.49 per transaction) will be charged.

If you wish to pay your fine by mailing or faxing a credit card payment,  after printing and completing the above form please call the Clerk's Office at (423) 425-6311 to obtain an authorization number and the processing fee amount.
