   Pay Fines
 Welcome to the City of Chattanooga's Online Ticket Payment System
The City Of Chattanooga provides for your convenience a secure online payment option for paying parking and/or traffic tickets by credit card. Parking and traffic tickets issued after November 1st, 2002 may be paid online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Court fines before November 2002 and other types of court payments may be made with a credit card at the City Court Clerk’s office or by printing our Credit Card Payment form and mailing or faxing it to the Court Clerk’s office. Please allow 5 days from the issue date of your parking ticket and 10 days from the issue date of your traffic ticket to be turned in by law enforcement and entered in the system. Payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your court date. Prior to starting please have your copy of the ticket along with your credit card and access to a printer if you want to print your receipt. Please note that a nonrefundable convenience fee of $1.49 will be imposed on all forms of payment through the online service to cover the cost of operating the website. This $1.49 fee can be avoided by paying your ticket/fee in person at the City Court Clerk’s office. While most tickets may be paid online the following require a court appearance:
