Chattanooga, TN— Mayor Ron Littlefield, Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga, the City of Chattanooga’s Department of Education, Arts & Culture and the Chattanooga Times Free Press Advertising Department announces the premiere of a new quarterly magazine - In the City.  This magazine is devoted to promoting and covering the arts, cultural and entertainment aspects of our city. This is a free publication and will be mailed directly to over 7,000 residents in the greater Chattanooga area.  It is also available at a number of distribution points in the downtown corridor.

 Allied Arts’ President and Publisher of In the City Don Andrews said, “This magazine will give a higher profile to arts and culture in our region and make it much easier for people to keep track of the events they wish to attend.”

 A launch party to celebrate the inaugural issue will be held on Tuesday, November 8th from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Renaissance Commons in the Bluff View Art District.  Copies of the premiere issue will be available for all in attendance.
