Chattanooga Zoo Celebrates Leap Day

Chattanooga, Tennessee – Playing Leap Frog has a whole new meaning when it's Leap Day 2008.  Hop on over to the Zoo this Friday, February 29, from 3:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m., and enjoy “froggy” fun activities, light refreshments and learn what it means to be a friend to frogs.  Leap Day Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for children (ages 3-15).

The Chattanooga Zoo is a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and is working with more than 200 other zoos and aquariums to raise awareness about the global amphibian crisis.  Join us and learn about saving amphibians from extinction.

The Chattanooga Zoo is located at 1101 McCallie Avenue.

Directions:  From downtown, take M.L. King Blvd.to Holtzclaw Street; turn left onto Holtzclaw; go to next light, which is McCallie Avenue, and make a left. Warner Park is located on the right. Follow the signs to the Zoo.
