New Summit of Softball Complex Takes the Game of Softball to New Heights

The City's newest softball facility will open its state of art fields and facilities to the public in a special grand opening ceremony on Friday, July 17th at 4:00 p.m.  The public is invited. There will be exhibition games, entertainment, a grand opening 'meal deal' at the concession stands, and the chance to check out the beautiful complex.

The new complex has 8 new fields, 3 concession areas, walking track, picnic areas, live internet cam technology, and many player amentities.

On Sunday, July 19th the National Softball Association "World Series" Tournament that will bring teams and families from across the country to Chattanooga and the Summit of Softball.  With 250 plus teams participating, this will serve as a grand start for many exciting softball activities from local leagues to regional and national championship events.
