TOPSoccer Program Enables Athletes with Disabilities to Play Soccer

The City's Therapeutic Recreation Services Program is offering the TOPSoccer Program for fall soccer enthusiasts with disabilities starting on Saturday, September 12th at 10:00 a.m. at the Redoubt Soccer Complex. Registration will be held on site on that Saturday.

The cost is free and there will be practices and games each Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the fall soccer season. The program's objective is to enrich the lives of althetes with disabilities through the game of soccer.
