3rd Annual TN River Blueway Canoe and Kayak Race

Kayakers and Canoeists of all skill levels can now register for the third annual Tennessee River Blueway Canoe and Kayak Race, happening on Saturday, Sept. 26th at 10 a.m. on the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga.

This year, pre and post-race activities will take place at Outdoor Chattanooga’s new building in Coolidge Park.

Paddlers may opt for a 2-mile or 6-mile course, which starts and finishes at Ross’s Landing. Mail-in and
Online registration are both now open. The race fee is $30.00 and proceeds will go to the Tennessee River Blueway.

The 'blueway' is a 48 mile stretch of the Tennessee River that many conservation and outdoor groups work to preserve for its abundant natural and recreational resources.
