Navy Week in Chattanooga Celebration Fun Day at Warner Park Thurs. June 11th

Navy Seals Fun Day

The Chattanooga Parks and Recreation Department and the United States Navy will host an interactive fun day for children city-wide on June 11th at Warner Park from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Navy is setting up 5 "Seal Challenge" stations throughout Warner Park.  The children will participate in a rotation that includes running, swimming, and fitness drills such as sit-ups, push-ups, as well as a variety of  individual and team relays and events.
Each child will get a "results card" to record their performance in each station.

Local youth will get to compete in relays against  the Navy Seals' teams.
Other activities inculde the creation of a "company flag", games, cook-out, sports activities, and awards.

The event is free and open to children ages 6 - 12.
