"Sib Celebration" for Children Ages 8 - 12

The City's Therapeutic Recreation Services Program will host a fun event for the siblings of family members and children who have disabilities on Saturday, Nov. 14th at the Chattanooga Zoo from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This annual event is provided by the City's Therapeutic Recreation Services Program, an entity within the Parks and Recreation Department that provides recreational and enrichment opportunities, camps, outdoor receation, and social activities for individuals with disabilities.  This program also addresses the quality of life for fellow family members and caregivers.   

The Sib Celebration includes team building games and activities, arts and crafts, music, food, and a chance to share their common experiences.
