Welcome to 311 Online

The 311 Call Center will be moving to their new offices on the first floor of the City Hall Annex Building, on Friday, May 11, 2007.  Due to the phone lines having to be moved, the Call Center phones will be down from 4:00 pm until approximately 6:00 pm .  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this move may cause.  You may enter your service request online at this site and it will be addressed as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience and we will be back on the phones on Monday, May 14th at 8:00 am.  If you have an emergency, dial 911.
