The City of Chattanooga established  the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to encourage understanding and goodwill, to promote justice, and eliminate discriminatory practices between and among the citizens of Chattanooga because of race, religion, national origin, age, sex, disability or ethnicity.
