![]() ![]() ![]() City administrators now have a structured, systematic way of managing and monitoring performance based on a variety of indicators selected by City departments. Administrators meet monthly with the Mayor’s Office, City Finance Officer, Office of Performance Review staff and other key officials to review and assess trends, identify issues and problem-solve. As a result, departments are changing and improving the way they do business.
