Brainerd Recreation Center in conjunction with the V.I.R.T.U.E. Organization is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive and a Holiday Toy Drive. Canned goods, cake mixes, and other non-perishable food is being collected from now through Nov. 25th. at the recreation center at 1010 N. Moore Road. For more information call 425-3600.
The Brainerd Pool is open Monday, and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday for open swim 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Admission is $2.00 for adults 18 and up, $1.00 for children 17 years and under. Water fitness classes cost $2.00 per class. For more information call Peggy Grall at 697-1385.
