We understand that the content and conduct of the program will be in harmony with the 2. If you cancel your scheduled RENTAL less than 48 hours prior to the rental date, no refund will be granted. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is within one (1) week of the scheduled date. A partial refund of 50% will be granted if cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled date.
3. We understand that it is our responsibility for picking up trash and maintaining general cleanliness of the facility. An additional fee of $25 will be charged if the facility area is not left in a respectable manner. 4. Prior to entering the pool, the lifeguard will meet with the swimmers and review the pool rules. Each swimmer will be given a pre-swim test before open swim is allowed to determine those swimmers who will be allowed in the deep end of the pool. It is up to the discretion of the lifeguard to determine the swimming ability of each swimmer.
5. General Pool Rules:
a. Shower before entering the pool. b. Regulation bathing suits only—no cut offs. c. Gum, food, drinks, or glass are prohibited in the pool area. d. No running, horseplay, or foul language allowed. e. To swim in the deep water, swimmers must pass a swim test. f. An adult must accompany children under the age of 6. g. Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. h. The lifeguard shall have the final say in all matters concerning the safety of the pool and the swimmers.
6. We understand that we are responsible for providing a minimum of one (1) adult chaperone for every 10 participants. In the event that the chaperones are not fulfilling their responsibilities, we understand that the PRAC has the right to ask us to leave early. |
