The box office for events at both the Tivoli Theatre and Memorial Auditorium is located in the lobby of Memorial Auditorium, 399 McCallie Avenue in downtown Chattanooga.
Box Office Hours:
10:00 am to 4:30 pm (EST), Monday through Friday.
Closed Saturday & Sunday, except for special events
On event days, hours are extended.
Tickets are available online 24/7.
The box office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Charge by phone from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at (423) 642-TIXS. There is a service charge of $2.00 per ticket for phone orders.
