Coolidge Park:

 

Address: 150 River Street

Delightful downtown park on Chattanooga's Northshore waterfront. Coolidge Park features a beautifully restored 100 year old carousel, a pavilion, an interactive play fountain, the Outdoor Chattanooga Center, and lots of open space.  It is a popular destination for concerts, movies-in-the-park, festivals, and special events.

No pets
are allowed at this park.

Carousel 2010 "Winter" Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:00 to 6:00 pm & Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays from 1:00pm - 6:00pm (E.S.T.)

SUMMER HOURS (starting the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend): Monday - Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 to 6:30 p.m. 

General Admission: $1.00 per person

Fountain Hours: 8:00am - 10:30pm, 7 days a week.

A few rules to keep in mind when visiting the fountain at Coolidge Park:

• No Pets
• No water balloons, water guns, or other toys allowed
• No skates, skateboards, scooters, or bicycles allowed
• Toddlers must wear swim diapers
• Footwear is recommended
• Never leave child (ren) unattended

The Coolidge Park Carousel and Walker Pavilion are available to rent for special events, meetings,
and Birthday Parties.
