Warner Park Ballfield Complex
Section A: This section of the project consists of work funded by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program, CWSRF Project No. 2007-204. Work areas are identified on the construction plans and consists of the following major elements of construction including, but not limited to, erosion and sediment control, grading for the water collection basins (ponds), Bentonite clay pond liners, finish grading, vegetation and slope stabilization, pump station, headwalls, retaining walls, terraced retaining walls, spillway, on-site drainage of approzimately 1320 LF of concrete storm drainage pipe, site cleanup and related storm structures, and off-site storm drainage as described in the City of Chattanooga, Warner Park/Engel Stadium SRF Report dated February 2007 provided by Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
Section B: This section of the project consists of work funded by the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Contract No. R-07-005. This portion of the project consists of the following major elements of construction including, but not limited to, erosion and sediment control, mass grading and laser grading of four (4) ball fields, mass grading and finish grading for balance of project site, turf and landscaping, irrigation, parking lots, asphalt paving, concrete paving, brick paving, bridge, chain link fencing, storm sewer, sanitary sewer service, water service, electrical service, telephone service, cable service, free standing masonry walls, retaining walls, fountains in wet ponds, wet pond recharge line, site lighting, site furnishings, ticket booth, mass grading and pad (98% proctor) for future concession/restroom building and site cleanup.
