Oxygen Generation System Improvements

The Project consists of the following major elements: Major rehabilitation and upgrading of existing 145-ton-per-day cryogenic oxygen generation plant, including, but not limited to, overhaul of main air compressors and accessories; replacement of cooling water piping, expander lube oil system, air surge tank, instrument air supply package, instrumentation wiring, and main instrument panel control system; rehabilitation or replacement of various control valves, instruments, pumps, water bath vaporizer system, 480-volt motor control center, and 4,160-volt synchronous motor starters; painting; and supply of liquid oxygen during plant shutdowns. Subcontractors performing the oxygen plant rehabilitation and the main instrument panel system replacement must be prequalified.
