Williams Street Interceptor Sewer Repair (Request for Proposals)

Professional Design Services: Provide full-time RPR services to oversee the repair of the 72" interceptor sanitary sewer. Duties include inspection of the removal on H-piles and repair of pipe sections to ensure that the damaged pipe meets the requirements of the design to be both structural sound and watertight. RPR shall inspect all materials being used onsite for their compliance with specifications. Other duties include the documentation of repairs thru daily reports and digital photographs recorded on compact disk. RPR shall keep records on the personnel on site, the number of hours the contractor works per day, the equipment and supplies onsite, and or other essential that may be necessary in keeping up with the Cost Plus work on the contractor. In addition RPR shall attend all preconstruction and progress meetings. RPR shall also monitor the observation of the 23rd Street Pump Station Lockout Plan and communicate with the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the contractor throughout the repair process. RPR shall be certified in Confine Space Entry. RPR shall provide all the necessary appurtenances to comply with all OHSA rules and regluations concerning Confine Space Entry.
