River Street Extension (Request for Proposals)

The scope of work consists of the preparation of the final development plans including the bidding and construction documents, bidding and award pahse services, and construction phase services. The project consists of the extension of River Street approximately 1250 feet, including curb and gutter, storm drainage, sidewalk, streetscape elements, bus parking areas, connection to different elements of the park that are adjacent to the roadway and public parking lot.
