The project consists of the following major elements a 1,600,000-gallon, reinforced concrete combined sewer detention facility including site preparation, excavation, and backfill; flow control gates; weirs, handrails, and other metal fabrications; concrete roof system; masonry structures, effluent pumps, ventilation and odor control systems; lighting, power, and control systems; wastewater screens and tipping buckets; influent piping; and other components as shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specifications.
