New Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Lines - Warner Park and Engel Stadium

The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited to installation of approximately 1739 LF of new 36" diameter reinforced concrete pipe sanitary sewer line, from the intersection of O'Neal Street and 8th Street to the Southside of Engel Stadium. The major elements of construction include, but are not limited to, concrete pipe, concrete manholes, bore and jack under McCallie Avenue, and the necessary concrete curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt pavements to complete the project. The project also includes installation of concrete curbs, site grading, drop outlet structure, and control valve to provide surface storm water detention basin in an existing parking lot adjacent to Engel Stadium.
