Repair of the Passage Walls and Repair/Replace of Passage Lighting (RFQ)

Scope: Forensic Evaluation and Planning, Design Phase Services, Bidding and Award Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services. The Consultant shall provide forensic investigate services, as outlined above, to determine the extent of the repairs to and/or replacement of the wall cladding, the extent or repairs to and/or replacement of the lighting system for the water feature, the extent of the general lighting required for The Passage, and the extent of the repairs to and/or replacement of the water feature pump system. As a part of the forensic evaluation, the Consultant shall provide an analysis of the deficiencies at The Passage and the recommended corrections thereto.
