Hamill Road Improvements - Hwy 153 to Hixson Pike - Phase I

The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited to the installation of new sidewalks and handicap ramps, concrete curb and gutter, 1.5' to 3' gravity retaining walls (concrete or segmental block alternates), roadway drainage pipe (including 15" to 42" RCP), drainage structures and end treatments, raodway base and asphalt paving, surge stone underdrain system, asphalt pavement milling, concrete driveway apron construction, demolition of existing roadway and driveway pavement, tree removal, roadway signing and pavement marking, excavation and grading, erosion control, sod, seeding and mulching, and any or all incidentals necessary to complete the project.
