The Storm Water Ordinances are evidenced in City Code Chapter 31  Article VIII. (starts on page 83)

Be aware that recent changes to the code by ordinance may have not been incorporated since the last hardcopy update of the code.  This occurs every three years.

Storm Water Management also has the responsibility of compliance to the The Landscape Ordinance (10692) and Amendments. - Landscape Manual 10-2001
