On August 9, 2004, the Chattanooga Stormwater Board passed temporary a Enforcement Protocol for Stormwater Management staff to employ regarding violations of the City's Stormwater Ordinance. This protocol will be employed by Staff until a permanent protocol can be approved. The Stormwater Board encourages your review and written comments regarding the protocol. Comments can be directed to:
