Trash flash will not collect hazardous materials, household garbage, auto parts, building materials, gas or propane tanks, tires, or other items that could be hazardous to public works employees, the general public, or collection equipment.

Place items separate from household items and at least 3 ft. away from other stationary objects, on-street parking areas, drainage clean-outs, and as near as practical to the roadway in front of the premises without blocking the roadway, any sidewalk or drainage ditch.

Sway Car Trash Trailer
Sway Cars are available to property owners and non-profit organizations twice a year, at no cost, by reservation.  The sway car may be reserved for a 24-hour period or over a weekend.

Acceptable items for Sway Cars include bricks, concrete, dirt, sand, shingles, tree stumps, hazardous materials, sewage, dead animals, household garbage, tires, or other items that could be hazardous to public works employees, the general public, or collection equipment. Sway cars are only available to occupied residences.

These trailers are not available for use by for-profit businesses, contractors, or landlords. A "Hold Harmless Agreement" must be signed by the property owners before the sway car is delivered.
