The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited to common excavation, site grubbing, grading, installation of sanitary sewers, storm drainage pipes and structures, water mains, trenching for EPB, roadway base stone, asphaltic binder and surface, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, roundabout, traffic striping, permanent signage, seeding and mulching, erosion control, etc.
