 Will the City establish my property lines?

 No, the City's surveying crews only establish R.O.W. for the City.  The County Tax Assessor's Office (423-209-7300) can provide plat and map information on property parcels.

 Who should I contact to find out if my house is connected to the sewer?

 Land Development Office at 423-757-5105.
 Permit Records go back to 1970.  For connections prior to 1970, contact a licensed
 plumber to perform a dye test.

 Who should I contact to obtain sewer connection costs?

  Technical Information Center (423-757-5124) will provide inspection fee information.

  Land Development Office (423-757-5105) will provide an estimate for permit fees.

  The resident should contact a licensed plumber for a complete estimate of connection cost (resident responsible for all associated costs).

  Where can I obtain an Elevation Certificate?

 Forms are available in the Land Development Office.
