Top Reasons for Land Disturbing Permit Turn-Down

1.  Site work increases runoff and/or the hydrology report has not been submitted.

2.  For site work over one (1) acre and no Notice of Intent, Notice of Coverage (NOC) or National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).

3.  Final subdivision plat not approved.

4.  No or incomplete erosion control plan.

5.  Land disturbing activities will damage on-site public sewer line.

6.  Land disturbing permit not completely filled out.
