The Refuse Collection Centers are a convenience for residents of Chattanooga to process household waste that cannot be processed through curbside collection.

Summer Hours (May-October)
Mon-Fri:  10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Saturday:  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday:    1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 

Winter Hours (November-April)
Mon-Fri:   10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Saturday:  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday:    1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
 

Guidelines
Two pickup trucks allowed per day
No Landlords or Contractors allowed
Violators will be prosecuted for illegal dumping

* Hazardous Materials include such items such as: paint, paint thinner, Gasoline and Oil, Household Cleaning Products, Raw Sewage, Pesticides, Battery Acid, and Antifreeze. These items should be taken to the household waste facility located at 3925 North Hawthorne Street, open 2nd Saturday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
