If you have information about a damaged or leaking hydrant within the city limits of Chattanooga, please call Tennessee American Water at 1-866-736-6420.

If you want to report a fire that has just started, call 911. If you have information about a fire that has already occurred, then please call our Fire Investigation Division by (423) 643-5603 or E-mail us at arsontips@mail.chattanooga.gov.

The Chattanooga Fire Department always welcomes information from the public that helps us do our jobs better. There are many reasons you might want to contact us. Of course, if you ever have a true emergency, dialing 911 is the quickest and most effective way to get us to respond immediately.
