Open Solicitations may include Requests for Quotes for purchases below $25,000 and Sealed Solicitations (Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, and Request for Qualifications.)

The contract list is updated monthly and provides a list of potential procurements during the next year. It includes current product descriptions and the end date of contracts.

• Please be aware the list of potential procurements does not guarantee the issuance of a solicitation nor an ultimate award.
• Previous awards can be reviewed by placing an Open Records Request.

• Not all solicitations have a pre-bid meeting, and attendance is not mandatory unless specified.
• Dates and times are included in the bid documents.
