12-9-2016 Shooting - 700 block N Germantown Rd

At 1:45 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 the Chattanooga Police Department responded to the 700 block of N Germantown Rd on a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of that investigation:

• The victim is suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound
• The victim was transported to a local hospital via HCEMS
• The victim was shot from a suspect in a passing vehicle
• There is no suspect information at this time
• The suspect vehicle is a Gray GMC SUV
• Members of the Violent Crimes Bureau are actively investigating all leads in this case
