1-24-18 Traffic Crash / Fatality - 5500 Hwy 153

Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 3 which were stopped in traffic

Driver 1 was unrestrained and was listed at fault in the collision

At the time of that crash investigation, Driver 1 refused treatment from EMS on scene

On 1/19/2018 Driver 1 succumbed to her injuries

Traffic Division has begun to follow up on the crash investigation and will submit its findings at a later dateNo charges expected to be filed at this time
