2-10-18 Arrest/Rape - 1000 block of Baldwin St

• Upon arrival, Police made contact with witnesses who identified the female victim who was unresponsive.
• The victim was transported by Hamilton County EMS to a local hospital.
• Witnesses to the incident were able to provide Police with detailed suspect information.
• Police located the two suspects in the immediate area and they were detained for questioning by investigators with the Special Victim Unit.
• Warrants were sworn out for both suspects by Police for Aggravated Rape.
• Both suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail where the respective warrants were served.

Lee Terrell (male, 60)

David Bulloch (male, 56)

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
