2-11-18 Arrest/Attempted Murder/Shooting - 1700 block S Seminole Dr.

• Upon arrival Police were informed a male party had arrived at the hospital by a personally owned vehicle and was suffering from a single gunshot wound.
• Police determined the shooting had occurred in the 1700 block of S Seminole Dr.
• The victim's injuries are serious but non-life-threatening at this time.
• Police located a male suspect and he was detained for questioning by investigators with the Violent Crimes Bureau.
• The suspect was transported to the Hamilton County Jail where he was charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Theft of Property.

Scott Benn (male, 25)
