7-3-18 Arrest/Aggravated Assault - 5700 block Brainerd Rd.

• Upon arrival Police located the male victim lying on the ground, bleeding.
• Hamilton County EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital.
• The victim's injuries are considered life threatening.
• Based on review of evidence and information obtaining during interviews, investigators determined there was enough to charge the suspect with Aggravated Assault

Ervin Moore (male, 38)

DOB: 5-2-80

CHARGES:

Aggravated Assault
