Four new acquisitions to the Hunter Museum’s collection were placed in city parks and attractions so that the museum's collection is accessible to all. The pieces were purchased through the Art in Public Places grant from the Benwood Foundation. The public voted on their favorite works. The selected works are:
The Troupe, by Bart Walters, located at Chattanooga Zoo.
Arriving Home, by Dennis Oppenheim, located at Miller Plaza.
A Place in the Woods, by Robert Stackhouse and Carol Mickett located at Renaissance Park.
