The City of Chattanooga’s Information Services Division manages connectivity to over seventy-five buildings via numerous wide-area network technologies, supports almost one hundred database and application servers, over 1,500 desktop computer users, and a telephony network of nearly 2,500 voice devices and applications.

Information Services receives and completes approximately 16,000 requests for service per year.
