Welcome!

The City of Chattanooga Department of Education, Arts & Culture provides a wide variety of activities throughout the city through its civic facilities and centers.

The department consists of two major Civic Facilities, three Civic Centers, and a pottery studio.

Our Mission:

"To expand, enhance and increase awareness of education, arts, and cultural programs; to provide safe, attractive and accessible public venues that invite activity and civic participation; and to lead Chattanooga's public, private and non-profit agencies to advance the use of arts in addressing social issues, foster arts of all kinds, and support life-long learning for all Chattanoogans."
