02-18-2013 Woman Rescued from Tennessee River

E12, Battalion Chief Lesley Morgan and the Fireboat were all dispatched to attempt to locate the person. Upon arrival Battalion Chief Morgan worked with Capt. Bill Dautrich and the Fireboat crew in an attempt to locate the victim. Park Ranger Daryl Nelson located the victim after hearing her voice downstream about 2500 feet below the bridge. The Park Police and Chattanooga Police held on to the victim from a barge and called for the Fireboat. The person was taken to Ross' landing where she was transported to the hospital for treatment by Hamilton County EMS.
