Chattanooga Police were informed that the victim arrived at the hospital via a personally owned vehicle

The victim was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound and his condition was non-life-threatening

The victim refused to speak to investigators about the incident

Members of the Violent Crimes Bureau are actively investigating this incident. Please call the Chattanooga Police Department if you have any information.
