1-11-18 Arrest/Rape - Avondale Neighborhood

Police responded and spoke to the victim who advised that she had been approached by an unknown male and raped

Investigators responded to the scene and were able to speak to the victim and obtain a detailed description of the assailant

Officers were able to utilize the description given by the victim and identify the suspect in this case

The suspect was arrested on unrelated charges on the day of the incident and was booked into the Hamilton County Jail

After a thorough investigation, Special Victim Unit investigators added the charge of Rape on January 10, 2018
