1-27-18 Home Invasion - 4300 block Howell Rd.

Upon arrival Officers located the victims inside a residence, neither of whom had suffered any physical injury.

Officers were advised the suspect had entered the residence with a firearm and shots were fired and then the suspect fled the scene.

A short time later Officers were notified a party had arrived at a local hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Upon arrival to the hospital Officers located the party suffering from the gunshot wounds (non-life threatening) and determined the party was the suspect from the home invasion on Howell Rd.

Warrant(s) are on file for the suspect for Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Burglary.

Joshua Scott (male, 29)

Brandy Chandler (female, 25)

Suspect:

Damean Jones (male, 21)

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
