10-14-18 Traffic Crash/Fatality - 5200 Highway 153

• Vehicle #1, Ford Fiesta, was facing southbound in the left turn lane at 5200 Hwy 153 waiting for northbound traffic to clear the intersection
• Driver of Vehicle #1 stated to police she waited for a break in northbound traffic before proceeding into the intersection
• Driver of Vehicle #1 also stated as she was proceeding through the intersection she saw Vehicle #2 traveling northbound and was unable to stop, striking Vehicle #2
• Rider of Vehicle #2 was thrown from the ASVE Chopper motorcycle he was operating and pronounced deceased at the scene by Hamilton County EMS
• The investigation will continue in a logical manner
